Martin Hayes

Hi, welcome to my personal blog. I currently work for Dell Technologies as an Engineering Technologist | Evangelist within the ISG group. My current primary area of focus is Cyber Security, but I have had many technical and engineering roles across multiple Data Center technologies, disciplines and products, including VxRail and VxBlock. Constant across my 25 years plus career has been my love and immersion in all think networking, software defined, and fabric based.

I hold multiple industry certifications from VMware, Cisco and Dell Technologies. I was inducted into the Dell Technologies Technical Leadership Community (TLC) in 2020, as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS)

I am based in Cork, Ireland and outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, and I have a keen interest in GAA, where I spend most of my spare time coaching Hurling and Gaelic Football.
